Jeannette Rankin Foundation awards scholarships to low-income women age 35 and older who are pursuing technical or vocational training or an undergraduate degree. Awards average ,500 and are renewable for up to four years. Women must demonstrate financial need and be enrolled or accepted at an accredited institution. Applications open each fall at rankinfoundation.org. US citizenship or permanent residency required.
