Jack C. Montgomery VA Medical Center in Muskogee serves women veterans in eastern Oklahoma with primary care, mental health, specialty services, and women's health programs. Oklahoma operates seven state veterans centers providing skilled nursing care, memory care, and long-term residential services for eligible veterans. Women veterans who require nursing facility level of care can apply through the Oklahoma Department of Veterans Affairs.
